Sustainability Policy
• We adhere to global guidelines that contribute to sustainable development, like the those of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC), and the sustainable development objectives defined by the United Nations, and Fair Trade principles.
• We offer the best possible quality in our services, and strive to minimize any negative impacts our services may have on the environment.
• We reduce our waste and responsibly manage those that can’t be avoided.
• We implement a policy of sourcing products and services that are friendly to the environment.
• We encourage our clients and suppliers to be mindful and be a part of our efforts in conducting our services in the most sustainable way possible.
• We provide important current information about actions and protocols regarding sustainable tourism, conservation and citizen science (eBird) to our clients and suppliers.
• We contribute to the conservation and restauration of natural ecosystems and our native biodiversity through collaborations with organizations dedicated to these goals.
• We value and support constructive initiatives carried out by other organizations. We support and collaborate with the Chilean Bird Observers Network (Red de Observadores de Aves y Vida Silvestre de Chile, ROC), sharing their initiatives, as well as supporting the national parks network and their actions to conserve important habitats.
• We provide equal work opportunities, without discrimination.
• We declare ourselves against the exploitation of human beings in any of its forms, particularly of the sexual type and specifically when affecting children.
